You’ve worked hard all week and you want to reward yourself with a fresh brew. You know exactly what you are in the mood for, but maybe you’re a bit intimidated by our libations menu. Choosing a beer is last thing you should ever stress over. We want your beer drinking to be enjoyable which is why we thoroughly educate our staff on beer knowledge and product. Servers and bartenders are always up to date on our constantly rotating beer list and are always encouraged to sample the new beers. It’s a hard job really, but someone has to do it. After all, we want to make sure our staff can provide you with exactly what you are looking for so you don’t have to do all the hard work.
In addition to our group meetings and tastings, we also encourage our staff to take to be a part of the Cicerone Certification Program. If this is foreign to you, think of it this way: Cicerone is to Beer as Sommelier is to Wine. In fact, every single one of our bartenders (as well as a few of our servers and managers) are Cicerone Certified Beer Servers and we do it all for you! So whether you just want a quick beer, are new to craft beer and want to learn a few new things, or just want someone to chat about your craft beer passion with, we’ve got your covered! Of course, it doesn’t stop at beer. You can expect our staff to have knowledge of our wine, cocktails and food. Let us to all the work for you. You’ve earned it.
